The Senior Software Engineer (SSE) is expected to understand the software requirement specifications for the product that s/he is assigned to. S/he is expected to be able to follow the specifications through the various design levels and to code for modules in a structured manner. This coding could be for entirely new modules or for enhancing pre-existing features / modules. In doing so, the SSE must also ensure that the modules integrate with each other and will pass the different code reviews and tests that the module / product will be subject to. The SSE must also make sure that the documentation of the product is done in sync with the software so as to adhere to the defined overall feature / product release schedules. The SSE is also expected to lead a small team of software engineers and must be conscious of his/her own responsibilities and they affect others.

Candidates with good –
Technical Skills
C++ (3 years of experience), MFC, DICOM, Win32, VC++, SQL Server 2000, Ajax toolkit,
Educational Qualification:
MCA, MSc (IT), BE (CSE), MSc (Medical Software), BE (Bio Medical),
Experience: 2 – 4 years. Candidates with experience in medical imaging industry will have an added advantage.
